The film cuts poorly! We eliminate such "waste" with our ultra-hard cutter.

The "Super Hard Cutter NOVAS" is made of steel, and compared to stainless steel, it has very high rigidity, making it difficult for the tip of the blade to escape when cutting film.

The "Super Hard Cutter NOVAS" has a Young's modulus that is about three times higher than that of steel, resulting in very high rigidity, which makes it difficult for the tip of the blade to escape when cutting film. As a result, the quality of the cut surface of the film is significantly improved, and this condition can be maintained for a long time. Additionally, due to its high rigidity, there is no need to apply strong pressure between the interacting blades. Sufficient cutting performance can be achieved with just a slight contact of the blade tips. Since there is no need to apply strong pressure between the blades, damage to the blade tips can be minimized, and further enhanced durability is achieved through the synergistic effect of the inherent wear resistance of the super hard material. Its lifespan is more than 3 to 8 times that of steel, with some cases lasting up to 34 times longer. It is widely adopted by food factories using various cutting tools and companies in other fields. 【Features】 ■ Our unique super hard alloy cutter ■ Achieves "super" longevity far exceeding that of steel ■ Contributes to quality improvement with sharp cutting ■ Significantly reduces maintenance effort and time ■ Maintains a lifespan comparable to new even after re-sharpening ■ Compatible with all types of packaging materials ■ Improves production efficiency ■ Reduces costs *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Reduce "waste of packaging and products" during exchanges and adjustments! 【Carbide Cutter】

The lifespan can dramatically reduce maintenance frequency. Since the time and effort for replacements are significantly minimized, production efficiency improves!

When the cutter wears out and its sharpness deteriorates, the task of replacing it with a new cutter arises. Since changing the cutter requires time and effort for setup, it can become a factor that lowers production efficiency. Our carbide cutters can dramatically reduce maintenance frequency due to their long lifespan. Not only does this significantly save time and effort during replacements, but it also reduces the "waste of materials and products" that occurs during cutter changes and adjustments, which we believe contributes to lowering waste disposal costs and addressing environmental issues in unseen ways. 【Features】 ■ Our unique carbide alloy cutter ■ Achieves an "ultra" lifespan that far exceeds steel ■ Contributes to quality improvement with sharp cutting ■ Significantly reduces maintenance effort and time ■ Maintains a lifespan comparable to new even after re-sharpening ■ Compatible with all types of packaging materials ■ Improves production efficiency ■ Cost reduction *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Food packaging machine *super hard cutter* materials available.

Tungsten carbide cutters for pillow packaging and filling machines in food and pharmaceutical factories! Custom-made from one piece to fit your specifications! Longer lifespan compared to standard steel!

The super hard cutter is made by mixing tungsten and cobalt, the raw materials of cemented carbide, in a unique ratio, resulting in a cutter made of cemented carbide that is hard, tough, and highly durable. By extending its lifespan, it significantly contributes to continuous operation over long periods and improves production efficiency, while greatly reducing the frequency of new purchases and sharpening. It also contributes to labor-saving in food factories. It is widely adopted by food factories using various cutting tools and companies in other fields. 【Features】 ■ Our unique cemented carbide cutter ■ Achieves a lifespan far exceeding that of steel ■ Contributes to quality improvement with sharp cutting ■ Significantly reduces maintenance effort and time ■ Maintains a lifespan equivalent to new even after re-sharpening ■ Compatible with various packaging materials ■ Improves production efficiency ■ Reduces costs *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Superior wear resistance far surpassing steel and stainless steel! 【Super Hard Cutter】

The quality of the film's cut surface has significantly improved, and this condition can be maintained for a long time! It has high rigidity, and there is no need to press the blades against each other strongly!

The carbide cutter is made of steel, and compared to stainless steel, it has a Young's modulus that is about three times higher, resulting in very high rigidity, which makes it difficult for the tip of the blade to escape when cutting film. As a result, the quality of the cut surface of the film is significantly improved, and this condition can be maintained for a long time. Additionally, due to its high rigidity, there is no need to press the blades against each other strongly. Sufficient cutting ability can be achieved with just a slight contact of the blade tips. Since there is no need to press the blades together strongly, damage to the blade tips can be minimized, and further, the excellent wear resistance inherent in carbide contributes to outstanding durability. 【Features】 ■ Our unique carbide alloy cutter ■ Achieves an "ultra" lifespan far exceeding that of steel ■ Contributes to quality improvement with sharp cutting ■ Significantly reduces maintenance effort and time ■ Maintains a lifespan similar to new even after re-sharpening ■ Compatible with all types of packaging materials ■ Improves production efficiency ■ Reduces costs *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Case study on cutter problem-solving: I want to reduce the time for cutter replacement and adjustment.

The replacement and adjustment of cutters take time, sometimes even more than half a day, and since the machine stops during replacement, there was a challenge of reduced production volume. This issue has been resolved!

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the concerns of customers who want to reduce the frequency of cutter replacements for food packaging machines. ■Concern Replacing and adjusting the cutter takes a lot of time, sometimes more than half a day, and during replacements, the machine stops, leading to a decrease in production volume and affecting the production line of the previous process. Additionally, since iron and stainless steel blades required frequent replacement, we were looking for ways to reduce the replacement work. ■Proposal Ultra-hard cutter NOVAS for food packaging machines ■Result Previously, iron cutter blades were replaced and adjusted once a month, but after switching to our product, the replacement frequency changed to approximately once every two years, significantly improving production efficiency. Moreover, we were able to reduce the risk of injuries that occurred during cutter replacements, contributing to a reform in the working style of on-site employees. ■Case Summary - Issue: Replacing and adjusting the cutter takes time, and the machine stops, leading to reduced production volume. - Proposed product points: Improved production efficiency, reduced unnecessary work, enhanced safety. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Case study of cutter problem-solving: Concerns about delivery time and price when using overseas products.

A case that solved the issue of having no domestic manufacturers due to the complexity of the blade (cutter) and the absence of blueprints, along with concerns about delivery times and pricing!

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the concerns of customers regarding delivery times and pricing due to the use of overseas-made cutters. ■Problem We were using overseas-made cutters, but there were concerns about delivery times and pricing. The complexity of the blades and the absence of drawings meant that there were no domestic manufacturers capable of producing them, leaving us with no choice but to purchase from overseas. ■Proposal Ultra-hard cutter NOVAS for food packaging machines ■Result We were able to take measurements from the actual product and create drawings despite the lack of existing designs. By using a higher-grade material than the overseas products, we successfully extended the blade's lifespan, reduced the delivery time to about half, and lowered the cost to about one-third. ■Case Summary - Issue: Concerns about delivery times and pricing with overseas-made cutters, unable to manufacture domestically - Proposal Highlights: Creating drawings from the actual product, material change proposal, shortening delivery times, cost reduction *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
